It’s Notable

11 Feb

We have slowly become aware of a phenomena on the streets of Guanajuato, the ubiquitous file folder. Dana noticed it first and started taking photos of people walking and carrying single manila file folders. The collection of photos grew to a sumptuous size in no time.

Here, are just a few documentations of the daily reality we observed.

So…it is mysterious and notable that so many people are carrying these folders. What do you think is in them?

No idea! I notice 14 women and 10 men…..not meaningful at those numbers.

Hi Ursula, There were more subjects I edited out as the photos didn’t work. But this is not a ancedotal, qualitative study, simply an observation. No quantitative scientific study implied either. Not even a hypothesis. Just a “Holy Cow. Look at this!”
